      Pros

      Adobe did an incredible job providing resources to make life fun, convenient, and rewarding. The colleagues that you'll meet will likely be in your life far beyond this job, they find a way to acquire great people. It's a fun environment to work in!

      Cons

      There can sometimes be an absence of management, at least in the department I was at that time. It didn't seem to always be that way, but because of the amount of opportunity to grow within the company, there can sometimes be significant turnover. .
