Great wage and incentive structure with products that the market demands. You are surrounded by the smartest people which helps with deal closure and overall success - the culture and atmosphere here is electric. The benefits are amazing as well; - Yearly gym reimbursement - Higher education reimbursement (up to 10k a year) to name a couple of the many.

Cons

There is a hierarchy and it takes time to work your way up, although if you perform then its totally achievable.
