1. Lot of bootlicking culture. Sometimes I get choked while seeing how much bootlicking people do here right up to the senior management. Everybody is licking their bosses and it has became a standard expectation here. 2. People who do above becomes manager's favorite. All they need to do is bare minimum work and keep shouting how much they have done. 3. Only those folks get bonuses, hikes who are the loudest in describing what they are doing, bootlicks their manager, and care about making manager happy instead of customers. 4. Altruists can be shocked at how much backbitching , backstabbing goes on here in the team. You cannot trust anyone. People are so double-faced that you will feel constant toxicity. 5. You can face terrible WLB occassionally.

HORRIBLE work environment, very political. Management is unstable and does not know what is happening on the field. This place is run by people who has no competence but just know how to suck up to upper management. No real work is rewarded but just lip service. The sales person does not even know what they are selling and no alignment among the team members whatsoever. sales numbers can be changed however they like with no clear guidelines. The worst is the company can fire you at anytime with no clear reasons. They will blame you for everything so they don't have to pay severance VERY UNETHICAL. AVOID this company at all cost unless you like crazy work politics.
