Pros

Great company to work for the short term. Nice office in Maidenhead and London. Work with great people and both offices have good working atmospheres.

Cons

No performance reviews anymore. There does not seem to be a direction with most roles. Adobe recently outsourced there IT in both offices. The service and support of IT has not been great in both offices and was much better before.

No wok life balance in some teams, Higher management openly promotes working even during personal time on a regular basis, No time to think beyond what is assigned on one's plate, No documentation maintained and always need to approach (very) few senior people for any technical know-how and many times even they don't have any idea,
