      if you move to a different location, you have to wait for roles to open up. HR people are so bad, they do not even get back to you or help you out.i was forced to quit since they could not find any opening in new location. Didnt even consider i was working for them .

      Adobe is a great place for employees but not MCC in AGS India

      Adobe has employee friendly policies and practices Great campus and perks Helpful and friendly HR

      Cons

      Some teams in AGS India were set-up 10 years ago for offshoring. They struggle with an identity today. They have no business role and survive by doing manual tasks for which tools are already available. There is no respect for a person's experience and skills. Everyone is expected to agree to the leader and not share their own views.

      Pros

      The health benefits are OK. Adobe is executing winning company strategy. The Executive staff is stellar. Nice gym. On site cafeterias.

      Cons

      In practice, gender diversity is lacking. Specifically it is common for women to not be entrusted with strategic projects that can advance careers. Promotions are not awarded according to contributions or merit, but rather on the basis of subjective and opaque criteria that comes across as nepotism.
