Pros
The vision around the platform is solid and customers buy into it. The number of reference customers and major brands using the platform is impressive.
Cons
The sales culture and morale is abysmal. The comp plan is punitive and many of the top performers in the sales org are leaving. Quotas are ridiculously high and borderline unachievable. Sales reps take on extra quota if customers do not renew. Customer support and professional services are terrible causing many customer escalations.
