      Toxic culture and incompetent management

      Pros

      - opportunity to forget about WLB and use 100% of your time to work - you learn how to play office politics - you learn how to pushback when coworkers were calling you over the weekend

      Cons

      - nepotism toward Indian - low salary but you got chance to enjoy the next level of toxic culture from Amazon - have to work 7 days a week 12 hours per day, otherwise you will get pip or silent layoff - top performers who actually producing won’t get promoted. You have to be Indian, and learn how to backstabbing, politics is the key to success here

      Constant change from quarter to quarter with aimless strategy. Basically throwing spaghetti at the wall. We haven't had a CMO since 2022. We need leadership
