      Good Benefits but Management not good

      Good Benefits. Good Office Location.

      Cons

      - Lower Management is not good and they work to save their job. If needed they ruthlessly treat you bad. - Be aware of people who are with Adobe for a long period of time. They are there because they know the process and know how to keep themselves safe. - There is big disconnect with what upper management is saying v/s lower management. Upper management tries to connivence to be innovative, take risk and so on.. But lower management does exactly oppsite. Dont take risk. if you come with innovative idea, kill that right in front of 5 people and shut you down.

      Pros

      Adobe has great benefits and can have good salary.

      Cons

      Diversity is a single-sided coin with Adobe. If the viewpoint is conservative it is batted down, if liberal it is seen as positive. Advancements have to be hard-fought, both for position and salary, as opposed to more objective valuation and transparent compensation.

      At Adobe you have the opportunity to learn from some of the smartest people in Tech.

      Cons

      1. Extremely layered management structure makes getting anything done complex. 2. Adobe does not hold sales managers accountable for their inability to lead. 3. No DIversity. There is a lack of African-Americans/Black people in customer-facing roles or sales leadership. I've referred several very strong candidates who never received an interview. 4. HR/ERC has many complaints for micro-aggression from sales leaders and they refuse to do anything about it except, state they will receive "coaching". 5. If you're a woman or African-American in sales don't expect a promotion.
