- stock & bonus - learning and educational funds & other similar perks - some people are really nice

Cons

- the majority does not support career growth, instead, it is expected that you own your learning, successes, and growth - very poor positive reinforcement and recognition - very poor on inclusion (it is just a checklist and nothing more) - the hiring process is fundamentally wrong and totally inefficient - medical benefits are sold as a big plus, but they are very very poor and support finding solutions as well
