I had to copy some items from another review because they fit my experience perfectly - no free food and no decent restaurants around - Managers have poor communication skills and can be very aggressive. - Good work is not appreciated/recognised and properly valued: every mistake you make instead is recorded and highlighted - Micromanagement: activities have to be reported every 15 min - Workload is not distributed in a fair way - Poor work atmosphere
