The best employee friendly policies, awesome perks, good people and work, good infra for employees.

Cons

Worst people managers ever, especially if you are part of SRE team in DX BU. They will keep on changing the job codes at the backend without any explanation (that effects the pay and benefits directly). Highly biased managers for few people, the bias is so high that new employees are leaving in few months only without even taking their RSUs (huge pay loss). Fixed salary is very less as compared to market, they try to cover with stocks. Losing good opportunities due to bias.
