      Very difficult to move up. Most people have to move diagonally or leave the company and come back.

      The people on the whole are great. Salaries and benefits are good Offices tend to be nice

      Cons

      A very aggressive organisation. Very little work life balance Pays lip service to a lot of the issues raised. Makes promises but rarely follows through

      Good food, decent pay, mostly relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Engineering management is inept, deadwood, lot of politics, poor quality of work, cost cutting in all aspects. Management has no ambition. Sick leaves debated. Engineering quality is going down the drain.
