All about a short-term profit brutally sacrificing long-term client relationships. The targets were constantly raised, very low basic pay.

Education - It will stretch you technically. We move fast in the Marketing Cloud teams. PTO is awesome. My team culture allows me to take off when I need to for family events without worry about how much time off I have left.

Cons

Some of the leadership puts unjustified pressure on my manager and doesn't accept reality.
