Cons

While the C-staff promotes an environment of inclusion and innovation, the reality is that decisions are made behind closed doors with politics and toxicity dominating the work culture.

At the forefront of AI. Overall a principled company. Solid salary and benefits. Mature workforce.

Cons

Famous for requiring you to leave the company, work somewhere else, and *hopefully* get hired back at a higher level. Work life has really tanked this year with after hours and weekend work. Unlimited PTO is meaningless benefit.
