Pros

Great people, great products, decent pay.

Cons

Terrible benefits (Kaiser is the only HMO otherwise Aetna plans are high deductible with no copay options). No work-life balance. No efficiency. Everyone wants everything done right away. Too many meetings. Old school ways of thinking volume = impact.

Pros

Good environment as long as you are a red badge (FTE). Nice and diverse group of colleagues, good professionals. Nice office and small perks to keep you there for a while. Stocks are a nice bonus.

Cons

They don't care about you if you are a contractor, they would ignore any abuse from their vendors to keep their hands clean. They on-board as contractor so they can lay people off whenever they feel like doing budget cuts. Many of the managers, especially directors in România are low quality professionals and some are just low.

Cons

Hugely top-down sales-driven organization. Good luck getting traction behind any initiative that isn't tied to a new 7-figure contract.
