      The company is forcing employees to work from the office 3 days a week. No remote work allowed - very outdated company

      Not many pros left unfortunately.

      Cons

      - poor management, not trained and promoted based on performance, not on leadership skills - Diversity & Inclusion are just words and campaigns... it's all a lie in reality! - Adobe says it's a "people" company. Nope! It's a profit company and that's all. Money comes first, they keep cutting costs, and employees are last on the list of priorities. Stakeholders come first. So, my advice, invest in the company, but don't work here! - salaries below market - veeeeery political company - if you dare to complain about your manager, you'll get fired or at least get in trouble. Managers rule everything and they are untouchable, no matter how incompetent, no matter where the truth stands - Managers are always right.

      Great work conditions & benefits. Not too pressured by management to always perform more and more.

      Cons

      Everything comes from the US and the rest of the world follows. Very little freedom given to ROW management. Except in Sales if you want to grow above Director you will have a lot of difficulties to get the position outside NA/California. Promotions & rewards mainly depend on how long you've been doing your job (not really about how you perform) and you really need to advertise yourself to get the promotion otherwise management will simply ignore you. Almost impossible to keep your current role and move to another location. Adobe is super rigid when it comes to relocation. Especially when it comes to country change.

      This company has great benefits and it’s an amazing place to work if you are a parent.

      Cons

      Overall frustrating company. Lots of rest and vesters. It can be frustrating to move new projects along that have never been done before as teams like to copy/paste. Lower pay than other companies.
