      They show that they really care about employees. Mental health days. Flexible work schedules and WFH.

      Cons

      People are often moving around the company and joining the company. So, you may need to work with new coworkers more than usual.

      The benefits are awesome, the executives listen to their employees’ needs and the culture is welcoming and fun.

      Cons

      Uncertainty about return-to-office status is a bit confusing. I would love a definitive statement about being able to be fully remote or not.

      Amazing perks: 1. 1 Day off each month on a Friday (Wellness days) 2. 10 complimentary EAP sessions 3. ESPP offering which is a 15% gain regardless of stock going up or down up to 21.5K per year 4. Good work life balance with unlimited PTO but no guilt trips if you actually use a day or two off per month

      Cons

      1. It's an old company with traditional bureaucratic processes and red tape 2. Removed work from home internet stipend (up to $25 per month reimbursement)
