You’ll be assigned a task with an expectation of finishing it in a week and within a few days, you’ll see someone else is working in it without your knowledge. The new person will work on it for months and eventually fail (as his competences were different), then guess what, the leadership will blame you saying it was your responsibility to make it successful. The best part is you were not at all included is all the communications with this new person or not at included in any decisions, however, still the blame would be on you. In case of success, it’s the the manager, who are doing right things. Maturity level of middle managers is questionable and most have a set of favourites who are treated very well. The bad part is managers are showing wrong picture of their own team in front of the leadership, so, that, the leadership assume that, all the work is being taken care of because of the manager and this person is putting lot of effort. However, the fact is manager is making things worse.

DMe has a horrible reputation. Doesn't allow for growth for Women or POC. No integrity. Speed of the leader speed of the pack. Leaders are toxic, microagressions galore. Men are rewarded for mediocre efforts and achievements, while women and people of color are passed over for promotions or rewards. One women created a new Route to market for Adobe Sign, bringing in over 200M in revenue, while her male counterpart brought in miminal revenue and was promoted over her.
