      Pros

      Decent work, nice location, decent infrastructure.

      Cons

      Management full of non-technical people. They have no understanding of technicalities. Neither they want to know. They intensionally don't hire capable leaders for team because will not listen to them. Culture getting more like Service-based companies recently. They don't value talent. Only employees who praise the management can do well.

      Some facilities like food. Some unnecessary events.

      Cons

      No transportation, No official wfh, favouritism. Serious lack of talent, mostly people are mediocre or worse. People and managers mis-communicate to higher level. Higher management is fool.. . . . .

      People are some of the brightest I have ever had the pleasure to work with, shutdowns are a blessing

      Management has start up mentality not enterprise. Hard for them to shift thinking and be more structured in how to execute. BYU grad culture is very limiting for anything other than white male.
