Pros

Good wellness programs Generous maternity/paternity leave Free lunch and dinner provided

Cons

I am currently working in ACS CJM GDC and already regret the decision. Team switching here exists only “on paper” — in reality, it doesn’t happen. The biggest issue is the leadership style, which feels like one person running the team as a personal empire. Expect relentless micro-management, zero empowerment, and no mental peace. This is nothing like Adobe’s culture — in fact, it’s worse than many service-based firms (Infosys, Wipro, etc.), where your contribution and worth are constantly undermined. Employees are pressured to give positive survey feedback, creating a false image for senior leadership. The environment discourages collaboration, innovation, and visibility for others — everything is tightly controlled. Even though I’m not naming the person here, if you ask anyone in the team, you’ll immediately know who is being referred to. Yes, standard benefits exist, but no perk can offset a toxic culture that destroys confidence and mental health. If you value growth, respect, and peace of mind, stay away from ACS CJM GDC. The Adobe brand name here is meaningless.

Pros

Pay, benefits and remote/hybrid environment

Cons

While they scream 'Diversity!'...all the middle managers are Good'Ole boys and Karen's. Playing the same old game of certain people get heaps of praise for the littlest work (you can guess the completion). While others are micromanaged to justify firing for those littlest things (you can also guess the completion).

Pros

Decent pay & benefits, some nice and smart people (not sure how long they will last though).

Cons

Recent reorg. in EMEA left many people uncertain about their career prospects at the company. Inaction by senior leadership is causing serious mental health issues in employees. Open and inclusive culture is disappearing; progression seems to be tied to "who you know" and certain personality types (extroverts). There's more focus on rankings ("Best companies to work for") and webinars than on actually creating an inclusive working culture and supporting career growth.
