Pros

Good Benefits, such as, wellbeing reimbursement

Cons

Childish behaviour by managers, most are managers not because of capability but based on number of years in organisation and favouritism. Best part is everyone knows everything and when it comes to execution no one knows what to do and then blame game starts. Leadership has conflicting relationships with global counterparts, hence, organisation benefits are always sidelined over personal benefits. Every discussion starts with, don’t suggest anything, if the suggestion don’t go well, we would be blamed. Suggest something and one’ll get horrible opposition. People who are with the organisation since long time, they have opinion for everything even though the skill level is 1/5 or may be 0/5. However, they know everything and the typical way of forcing their views by humiliation, so that, no one dare to speak. New members who have super on-ground experience, are treated like they have zero experience and knowledge. Most people are full of EGO. Horrible experience.

Pros

Great culture, good company morals & ethics, great products, pay was decent, they really celebrate creativity, nice people

Cons

You have to get a manager who wants to be a manager. You need them to fight for you, elevate you, highlight your accomplishments to senior management otherwise you get lost in the shuffle. They don't encourage movement to other depts as much as other companies, and it can literally take years to get a promotion. The unspoken rule is you do the job for a year and then get the promotion. Also, be vocal and open with others about equity/stock/shares. I found out it was very unfairly distributed on my old team with some people in management lying about it without even being asked directly.

Pros

1. Benefits like food and stock options 2. Compensation 3. Brand in Dig Marketing / SaaS space

Cons

Too much nepotism within teams in hiring employees from their previous companies. I know a case where my manager referred his friend in a parallel team and then one year after moved him under his own team. Later he promoted the fellow and also gave stock options while people slogging hard from years were just sidelined. This happened in Noida 25 A office. HR has no role to play. Your manager is considered as your god and empowered to make or break your career. I have seen appraisals as low as 3-4%, even when company is doing wonders, just because you don't please your manager.
