I personally had a not good experience within the Systems Architect group in the Target division. The expectations where high but not clear; some contradicting guidelines as "all our clients are important, no special treatment" but when something happened to a big client then it was "this is a special client, you have to give priority to it" (and push back on other medium size clients). Also the direct manager stopped sending birthday celebration emails, congratulations for work anniversary, I felt the only point of work was the number of billed hours. The surrounding of the 410 Townsend office are a little shady and it is not uncommon to find garbage laying around in the section that is supposed to be a sidewalk. The surroundings of 601 Townsend are great and clean. Social interaction at the 410 Townsend office is not good and the building is 3/4 empty on a normal work day with all teh people that work from home.

Adobe consulting jobs has no future in adobe itself. No salary hikes. Presentation during all hands meeting saying great number, but nothing for emo Too much of politics -as there are too many service based managers. No job perks. All you get is parle g..
