      Great place to work, not as good for growth

      Pros

      Chill, relaxed workplace. Everyone is very understanding and kind, the community is incredibly accepting.

      Cons

      There isn’t as much a sense of growth career wise as id like. At times i wish i was on another team but it can be hard to move teams when you are not a senior.
