It's a great workplace with a nice office, cool and smart people and interesting projects from time to time. The overall atmosphere is pretty laid back, giving you the opportunity to do things the right way most of the time. There's a huge team-building with the whole company, once a year, which is nice, and also occasional team buildings inside smaller teams when there's an occasion or need. The offices are spacious, facilities are top notch ( games rooms, massage chair, massage room with professional masseuse, lunch hall, etc. ), and the IT equipment is also the best ( latest Macs / Lenovos ). The review / feedback process helps you improve and advance in your career. HR services are top notch.
Cons
Some project may become boring, management could improve a bit.
