Business Outlook
Pros
The company is all about their customers and their employees. Everybody you come across is passionate about their work and building the best products, and supportive of you as a fellow employee. Work/life balance and benefits are top of the line. Many people I come across have worked here 20+ years and I understand why!
Cons
The only real con I can think of is to work more on bringing new talent in. There is definitely an influx of seasoned workforce rather than those early in their careers.
