Pros

- Values designers and the well-being of its employees - Invests in growing products as well as the people - Plenty of employee benefits including annual education funds and professional development subsidies - Lots of very smart, humble and motivated colleagues that are here to push innovation and promote growth

Cons

- Some teams will experience limitations when trying to steer a large ship in a different direction - Corporate structures can be a demotivating factor for some people - Teams even within the same organisation don’t always communicate with each other and that can be frustrating when multiple teams are trying to achieve the same thing but are not utilising each other’s strengths and resources

Pros

Adobe treats its employees extremely well. Unlimited PTO + summer and winter vacation. Great work-life balance

Cons

The process can be rigid sometimes. Things are not moving very fast.
