1. Good work-life balance 2. Interesting work (depends upon you if you love to talk and interact with customers) 3. Friendly colleagues and seniors

Cons

1. No matter even if you consistently remain in the top of your team and everyone praises, at the time of appraisal, the numbers are ridiculously low. 2. A little politics in internal job selections
