Work from home that's about it

Cons

Severely Micromanaged by people who "worked at Target' Unless you are thrilled with being poop on customer shoe, move on. Inept leadership and no real support happening. Worst job of my life. Side note: i would never order from this company now having the inside line of how horrible the process truly is.

Pros

This is a work from home position. Fast paced and high volume call activity. There is ample opportunity for overtime.

Cons

The training doesn't translate to actual work activities. The hiring process was disorganized. The feedback on performance is lacking.

Working from home was an ease, pay was good, management was top notch.

Cons

Training was 40hrs/wk for 2 weeks which was difficult to handle but possible as a student.
