Pros

Working at Amazon was a very rewarding experience. The company has a fast-paced environment that really pushes you to learn quickly and take ownership of your work. Leadership sets high standards but also provides plenty of opportunities to grow and develop professionally. I appreciated the focus on customer obsession and innovation—it makes you feel like the work you do has real impact. Work-life balance can be challenging at times because of the pace, but the exposure, learning, and career opportunities more than make up for it. Overall, it’s a great place to build skills and gain valuable experience for the future.

Cons

Depending on the team, remote or hybrid work may not be available.
