Pros

Got a lot of experience and unskilled myself. Good salary And motivation Helpful Manager and people. Games session one day in a week.

Cons

I've worked 5 months here. It was a contractual role. I didn't see any con as such. But it's difficult to join again,i can't move to another cites but here in Kolkata, only CSA role is available virtually i guess.

Excellent Trainers, Easy Application via Call Simulation, no interviews necessary. Opportunities to earn more with overtime.

Cons

No HMO for seasonal employees. Php25k per month Salary for all starting employees, regardless of experience.
