Pros

Pay People No commute Insurance

Cons

You're a robot to them Bonuses were taken to accommodate Andy's crazy pay. Employees are not relevant to them. Simply they'll go overseas where they'll comply to the pass the fault system. All that's broken is never fixed since management never last long OR they're glorified timekeepers. Management doesn't "help" with concerns. Just take notes and give to another Manager that also does nothing. Keep a list of all this that and another give to a TM that does nothing. I don't see the call review towards myself but Amazons inability to care about customers or making things really right. Prime is a lot of money and many many times you're paying for what you're not getting They believe if we tell you something enough sooner or later you'll believe it.
