Pros

Leadership principles that they go over in orientation have a day-to-day importance in manager evaluation of employees. On top of that, quality people are getting move up the ladder.

Cons

You'll work hard and some days it won't seem worth it. Managers typically come from a similar position as you, but that's not always the case.

Pros

they hire you without an interview.

Cons

the abuse this company does, someone really needs to report them to the Labor Board. All the reviews are saying about the same things.. Worst company I ever worked for. They do not care for employees and quite frankly if they don't care for there employees what does that tell you... all they care about is money and the customers money. Sad world we live in today. i pray that the Lord deals with this Company....
