Pros

Work culture, most of the managers are caring and understand. Stress levels vary depending upon workflow but most of the time is manageable.

Cons

Management, HR, Back office is too slow. Some employees have left the organisation as there was no genuine feedback and action from the higher management.

Pros

Work from home. Lots of voluntary time off, usually, depending on what department you're in.

Cons

Won't follow its own written policies in terms of what you can be disciplined for. Droning work that goes on and on. Sometimes there is nothing you can do for your customer and they still make you send them a post-call survey.
