All over metrics are for calls are totally stupid its totally up to customer . They judge you according to customer rating . Or customer rating are literally stupid thing. If you are helping someone than there is no sure changes for they give you yes its totally upto customers mindset. Your leaders are judge according to customer rating your job is depend on customer feedback that's it .. useless metrics
