Pros

Pay, benefits, great job to avoid your family.

Cons

Micromanaged, 7 days a week, employee engagement non-existent, intimidating review meetings about previous day from 6am to 5pm. Your team will spend 5-6 hours of a 10 hour shift performing mandatory audits and reports. Be prepared for mandatory calls on weekends and late evenings with deliverables due early the next morning. No such thing as leadership, just enforce the prescribed metrics at all cost. No employee engagement, terminations for seasonal employees done by "robocall" from HR.

Pros

Amazing learning; talented folks; internal movement

Cons

You are always asked to be very tactical and focused; comp is all dependent on stock price
