Pay, Upward mobility, inclusion and diversity, leadership, culture of safety.

Cons

It’s not a desk job. It’s fast paced and dynamic. Not for everyone.

Pros

I'll be forever thankful for my time at Amazon. The connections, people and the associates ultimately made Amazon feel more like home than work! It also allowed me to grow into an operations level leader, even acting senior operations leader, despite not having a 4 year degree!

Cons

Limited room to grow past operations level management if unable to relocate quickly

Pros

Unlimited hours and workload. Unrealistic expectations and overbearing directors who only work from home.

Cons

No time for family, friends and are rarely allowed to use your earned time off (vacation, etc...)
