Pros

Very smart people, more than lip service to customers...real customer obsession. The old cliche of only change is constant is very true here.

Cons

Churn and burn culture. Highly confrontational culture. High stress and unrealistic work loads in the name of raising the bar. To be successful at Amazon, you either work harder than everyone else (which is NOT easy) or you are a rock star or you are both. If you don't fall into the above categories, you will struggle here.
