Sign on bonus is awesome. If you like busy this is where its at.

Bonus drops off after 2 years, and it'll hurt. ALOT of work for base pay

Pros

AWS is very good about ensuring employees have a good work/life balance. They also have good benefits. Also even if you come in as a DCO tech to get your foot in the door, it is very common for people to move to other job families or be promoted into management.

Cons

Indiana site is still under construction in a lot of areas. Finished buildings have too many teams inside of them, which makes finding spots to sit problematic and working in the data halls crowded. This is especially true on Wednesdays, when front and back-half teams overlap.
