work with edge-cut technology, touch different projects and cooperate with different team globally, help developing your career in other area. chance to travel to different country too.

Cons

need to do a lot of overtime, a lot of meeting, feel just wasting time on non importante disucussion sometimes.

- Literal pennies when it comes to raises. - Use of stocks in promotions to penny-pinch base wage increase. - Very poor training. - No clear path to climb ranks. - Obvious nepotism among many managers. - Management often buckles under higher-ups. - Teams providing support are often rude, inconsiderate, and provide no actual assistance. - Extreme lack in recognition and morale. - Management is often clocked-out and MIA.
