Pros

Diverse culture and community, great opportunity to grow and learn. Plenty of benefits and programs to help it's employees out in health, life style and career growth. Great opportunities to move up or to other teams, very flexible with schedules and some of the best training and inclusion. It has its pros!

Cons

It's hard to grow if you're not a fit to the culture or know the right people. Competitive nature that is pushed can be morally draining at times and management is prone to overworking employees during peak seasons due to fast pace nature.

My first job in technology. I have had very good experiences in this first year as a tech. My manager and whole team is very cool, I have also been able to learn a lot. Great career opportunities

Cons

Not as much pay as I would like, but it is my first year in the field. Promotions can be slow
