Work life balance is really commendable, company's work culture is good, strong HR policies, decent pay, flexible work hours & shifts

Cons

Slow growth, lot of favoritism for older employees or people who are their for some time. Random decision making in terms of strategy

Flexible, dynamic, and fun and exciting place to work with the opp to progress. Give the chance to work from home and travel to clients

Cons

Very difficult to get things done due complex and large organisation. Management can be unresponsive too opportunities and therefore things are missed
