      Job is pure trash. There are no positives. I hate Amex

      Cons

      Training was useless. On the job support is useless. My trainer was a bs artist. Truly set us up for failure. CHC - article database is unclear and leaves you asking for answers. Most customer are valid in their disappointment for how complicated our policies are. After working for Amex I would never book travel with Amex nor would I ever open a Platinum card.

      Pay, Remote, Training, Pto and Sick time, nothing else

      Cons

      Requirements, Micro management( imagine being micro managed from home), micro aggression, unprofessional work environment, hours are terrible, no work life balance, the consider you a no call no show on certa PTO in holidays even if you have PTO or Sick time available and even if they heard from you and actually spoke to you (so explain to me how you are a no call no show when they spoke to you), back to back calls not even a second to take a sip of water. The pay is good but don't get blinded by that, there are a lot of great companies you can work for that pay just as good without the stress and headache. TRUST ME
