      A lot of brilliant minds in the Microprocessor world are in this company. Combine that with a relaxed work culture and competitive benefits, and this is an exciting place to work !

      The HR is sometimes slow to communicate.

      Thanks for leaving a review. Transparency and communication are only some of the values we pride ourselves on. Everyone genuinely is open to helping each other to help the company grow! Regarding flexible work, that is usually decided upon with each employee's line manager, so experiences will vary from employee to employee. We recently implmented a new AFDS log book, which allows more frequent communication between employee and manager. With more frequent communication, this allows trust to be built, which hopefully would lead to more flexibile work schedules. Thanks, -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager

      1. Flat organisation 2. Challenging environment 3.Technology driving company 4.Good work-play balance 5.Innovation and Smart work is appreciated. 6.A very ethical and social concerned organisation, (ARM partnered with UNICEF to develop more meaningful stuff in the IoT space) and I am proud of it.

      Cons

      1. Compensation and Rewards do not resonate with the "best of the Industry" tag 2. Cross vertical rotation opportunities very difficult 3.Relatively long duration between promotions 4. Salaries do not meet the cost of living standards at least in Cambridge office
