Arm values teamwork, innovation and individuality. We strive to ensure there is a work-life balance within Arm; however, the schedules for engineering releases might conflict as we’re all working to deliver the best solutions for our partners. To ensure we provide not only work-life balance but a flexible working environment, we are carrying out flexible working pilots across our different groups. We also ensure our management teams are equipped to have conversations with their individual team members and find a flexible working plan that works best for those individuals – whether that’s working from home, changing hours to adjust around child care, or condensing their work week.

We introduced core beliefs for leaders to guide our leadership teams to inspire and manage their teams in alignment with our culture and values, which includes sharing information and fostering teams to find their brilliance.
