Pros

Really at the heart of the high-tech industry. Challenging work. Good location. Good benefits package and incentive schemes. Good parties. Collegiate, low-stress atmosphere

Cons

Onerous management review and development system. Could make more money working elsewhere: pay is not adjusted according to local living expenses.

Thanks for leaving a review! We love to challenge our employees, as well as make sure are well rested to take on the challenge of the industry. As far adjustment for local living expenses, this has been noted by many others regarding Cambridge, and sadly a factor outside our control. However, compensation across all regions/teams is being reviewed by the Rewards team, and they will make adjustments where necessary once completed. We have the ARM 25th Anniversary Festival coming up, so make sure to join for the celebration in Cambridge, look for more information from the Internal Communications team! -Rick C. Thanks for leaving a review! We recently launched the new AFDS logbook, which will negate the need for the once yearly review. This way, you can have more frequent and structured reviews/feedback with your line manager. Read more about it in the ARM Digest email that was sent out today (6/22). We're in the middle of reevaluating employee rewards, which includes salary, bonus, equity and benefits, and will do adjustments to once our evaluations are complete. As for the improving the facilities, as the company grows in each of our locations, we'll do strategic upgrades to accommodate the growing staff. We've recently announced the expansion of the Cambridge HQ, but we're also almost finished with the new building in our Austin, TX office, scheduled for a late July move in, so we do try to make the work environment a fun and enjoyable one to be in! -Rick C. Thanks for leaving a review. From the ARM Employee Engagement Survey, we noticed a trend regarding pay/bonuses. As a result, we are reviewing our Rewards package (pay, bonuses, RSU's, benefits, etc.) vs the tech industry. Thanks, -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager
