      Pros

      Flexibility, interesting IPs, overall good pay

      Cons

      Bad leadership disconnected from reality in terms of projects planning. Middle management without a clue on how to deal with people. Lots of duplication of work and a lack of a dedicated tools and flows team. Values and team culture dependent on which site and IP you work on significantly some teams are great others a complete nightmare in terms of teamwork and collaboration.

      Pros

      Great working environment - relaxed but everyone is highly competent Salary is good for the local area On-site facilities are modern and high quality Learned more here than any other job becoming a significantly better engineer as a result

      Cons

      Depending on business area the purpose of the work can be dull and a little uninspiring, not much Arm can do about that Didn't seem to be a huge amount of clarity on the "why" we are doing what we are doing
