      Becoming completely cost focussed Poor direction from senior management Becoming a hire'm & fire'm company Mediocre redundancy packages for those who are deemed surplus to requirements

      Pros

      Lots of perks with bonus, good incentives such as flex pot (£4K on personal wellbeing and development) however this is no longer offered at Arm.

      Cons

      Unless you’re in with the senior managers you have zero chance of being noticed and rewarded for the work you do. Lots of politics with middle managers who have poor productivity seeming to get promoted or moved around rather than addressing the problems head on. Lots of chaos and confusion over who is doing what. It’s a shame as it wasn’t always like this.
