Pros
You get to work with many of clever people. A sensible ongoing approach to come back to the office during the pandemic.
Cons
Benefits being reduced, and progression now very slow for current employees, so it is not the most compelling payment package in the market. Lots of good people leaving, as it is very hard to get your voice heard in terms of salary increases - very sad.
