Great company to learn a lot

Pros

Good culture, people, and career growth opportunities, on the technical side there is a lot to learn and the work environment enables a good pace to do so. Work normally presents a challenge which is good so you never feel bored. Compensation seems fair, having sabbatical and good amount of holidays.

Cons

Sometimes the small company mindset remains on simple things like conferences across multiple sites, also the IT it's quite terrible for computing resources and management, the company seems more interested in not investing even though in their plans they need to grow in head count (now been part of SoftBank), which I find contradictory. Project planning seems like a mess to disorganised sometimes, they need to enforce standardisation

Our people are some of the smartest in the industry and always helpful, which gives other employees the opportunity to grow in a collaborative environment. Regarding your cons, something we have struggled with is scaling for growth while fighting to keep the 'small company' spirit, especially in the last 6 years. We openly acknowledge that our IT infrastructure is an area that did not scale as quickly while the company grew. The investment in IT is continual and not something we can solve overnight, but we are addressing the issues that have been fed back to management.
