      great HR policies poor mod-senior level management

      Pros

      HR policies are great. $ weeks' sabbatical after 4 years, no other semiconductor company in india offers this. Experience in ARM adds a lot of weightage to your CV. Senior management is very approachable and go out of the way in on-boarding new recruits. Lots of global conferences and offsite sessions help provide ample oppurtunity to learn.

      Cons

      Poor senior management in PD in india. Inflexible tasks, cumbersome processes and unrealistic schedules, with heavy micromanagement kill innovation.

      Great place, but restrictive career opportunities

      Pros

      Great place to work, relaxed and full of high quality employees. Environment is great, opportunities for travel and great facilities on-site. Still feels an exciting place to work with future growth potential for the company.

      Cons

      Staff turnover is very low so can be very hard to move up the chain when your manager has been doing the same role for the last 5 years
